Believe-In Facilitators Training Course
Our Believe-in Facilitators Training course is perfect for school staff or teachers that want the delivery of the believe-in classes within their school but without holding a qualification in yoga teaching. This course uses video sections to support delivery of the practical elements of the school lessons.
Believe-in Teacher Training Course
The Believe-in Teacher Training - This course is for those qualified in children’s yoga that want to offer an evidence based structured holistic therapeutic yoga classes and workshops on top of your already fantastic lessons, fun adventures to children.
The believe-in approach is a combination of not just physical aspects but emotional wellbeing techniques and strategies for mental cognitive education (psychoeducation) all with a trauma informed lens and approach.
Training
Online Training happens over three weekends over three consecutive months. Each month has theory, practical and content of a Believe-in book. Training happens over Zoom.

In person training happens over 5 consecutive days or 2 x 3day weekends. This allows you to immerse yourselves with fellow teachers to the discussions, content, practical all in a lovely countryside location 20 minutes from Shrewsbury Shropshire. A healthy lunch, drinks and snacks will be provided at venue and option for overnight accommodation available at request and discussion.

With both training there will be a requirement for ending assessment and assignment
Certification will allow facilitator or trainer to deliver as many classes as they wish with no need or requirement to obtain further licence or pay any other cost to Believe-In yoga

Believe-In Yoga on Teachable
We use Teachable to deliver the written elements of our courses and to make accessible any support material. Students are required to create an account with Teachable (Free) in order to complete the theory and written parts of our courses
