Change

 

Changes happen all of the time however some of these can be big or difficult changes that can effect physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. For children and for some with added special educational needs chance can be extremely difficult and simple transitions can be even more challenging on a daily basis. Worries /Anxiety

 

Worries and some anxiety are a normal part of the human experience however children can really struggle with every day worries which can cause anxiety, fear, distress and low mood. These worries can stop the child from doing everyday things they had enjoyment from before.
